-  Check for weather damage (snow, storms, etc.)
-  Turn on different lights in the house if requested
-  Adjust thermostat per client request
-  Opening/closing of blinds and draperies
-  Check answering machine and forward messages if needed
-  Run water in all plumbing fixtures to prevent drain traps from drying out
      (if requested)
-  Adjust AC/Heat and turn on Hot Water prior to your arrival
-  General house cleaning service
-  Inspect home after wind, rain or snow/ice storms
-  Check propane tank gas level
-  Available to be at your home for furniture or other deliveries
-  Supervise home improvements such as painting, carpet cleaning, etc.
-  Move car/start automobile
-  Collect & sort mail/papers & forward if needed
-  Take out trash/collect trash bins from street
-  Water inside plants
-  Check boat lift(s)
-  Check dock
-  Check boat, make sure heater is operating, cover is tight
-  Stock the refrigerator/pantry based on your shopping list

On each inspection, we can take digital pictures of any items of interest and email them to you on the day of our visit, along with a report on the status of your property. If you don’t use email, we can mail you the report on your property.
