The owner, Nancy Wadsworth, is an Iowa native with Midwestern values. She has been coming to The Lake for the past 25 years. Nancy's background consists of being an executive in retail sales. Professional Services currently partners with a lot of entrepreneurs at The Lake and is a member of Camdenton Chamber of Commerce and Lake of the Ozark Chamber of Commerce.

In her spare time, Nancy enjoys being on the water at The Lake, reading and spending time with her three children, daughter-in-law and 3 grandchildren. She's been involved with and has contributed to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation (Nancy is a breast cancer survivor since 2006), as well as being a member of the Ankeny (Iowa) Chapter Beta Sigma Phi.

Art Laudel has been coming to The Lake for 40+ years. He moved to The Lake from Kansas City. Art specializes in helping you achieve "the good life", making the most of your dreams here - ­whether you are vacationing or looking to buy your dream home. Art is a Realtor and works with Realty Executives in Laurie, MO. He knows The Lake well, making him the perfect real estate professional to help you with your waterfront or offshore home.  Art enjoys playing golf, fishing and boating.
